To place an order on our website, go to the Videos & DVDs page and just click on the order button of the format (VHS or DVD) you want for each of the the training videos.
This will take you to our secure, on-line shopping cart where you enter your credit card information.

Our Personal Guarantee and Return Policy
We pride ourselves in the high quality of the content of our videos. Nevertheless, rest assured that if this isn't the type of training for you and your horse, you can return the video or DVD and we will refund you the item cost (we don't refund the shipping and handling charges).

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our training/teaching videos/DVDs or we refuse to keep your money!

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

For International orders, PayPal works best but MasterCard will also work. Visa does NOT accept orders from outside the USA.

Orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment. Sorry but we have to do it that way. Not everyone is as honest as you are.

Shipping
Most orders ship the same day as ordered by USPS Priority mail and can be tracked. So if you don't recieve your order in a few days, let us know and we'll find out where it is. There have been occasions where the mail carrier failed to leave the package and also forgot to leave a note saying he/she had tried to deliver it. There is no signature required but different post offices apparently do things differently. Canadian shipments are sent USPS air mail letter and the S & H is the same as for US customers. However, it will take longer than 3-4 days to get to you because of the cross-over to the Canadian mail delivery system.

Other International shipments may require an additional shipping fee depending on the country to which we are shipping.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York (8.0 %). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Mendon, NY. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
